About Us
WHO IS THE
WELLNESS DOC??
He is Bill Warner by
his given name. A product of the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. After graduation he spent 35 years
in the Specialty Chemical Industry. This business experience began to fuel his
mid-career switch to follow a developing interest in Natural Health and
lifestyle modifications.
Using his Emergency Medical Technician training, he worked as a medic at a
facility for disadvantaged juveniles and conducted public education lectures for
the Wellness Department at a hospital. This most important learning experience
lasted five years before deciding to return home to Rabun county in the North
Georgia Mountains, in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. He
obtained his Master's Degree and is now working towards his doctoral
dissertation in Natural Health at
CCNH. The Wellness Doc embraces a lifetime belief that man alone among all
the animals is the architect for his/her own destiny and his/her attitudes can
change the direction and success of their life, that access to the unconscious
mind and the Physician Within is the route to control those attitudes. This
belief drove him to develop skills in hypnotherapy in order to expand his
consciousness and to use as a modality in his personal wellness efforts. He
became a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist by the American Board of
hypnotherapy, Certification No. 10968. This vital therapy is important in his
teaching and research for his wellness programs.

THE MEANING OF OUR LOGO
Our logo is a graphic statement of beliefs and philosophy of
Cosmos Institute. Each part of our logo has a meaning for us and the composite
makes up the beliefs we express in our teachings and writings. Below is what the
logo means to us.
Cosmos:
Study of the universe as an ordered whole. A Greek word for WHOLE, for the order
of the universe; it is the opposite of chaos.
Body: The body is the physical
temple for our spiritual person. It has an innate ability to heal itself.
Mind:
Where all thought is transformed into action. Shakespeare says, "nothing is
either good or bad, but thinking makes it so."
Spirit: Denotes a form of being
which is incredibly powerful, and life giving. It is the diverse spark in each
human being and at the same time the origin of the divine spark. Our spirit is
the eternal manifestation of our life and our choices we make in life. Our
spirit is the Physician within.
 The
Triangle: The three sides of the
triangle are the strongest of the geometric forms. It represents birth, life and
death; mind, body, and spirit; past, present future; man, woman, child.
Education, research, spirituality, (the activity cornerstone for us);
Spiritually symbolic of the essential trinity.
Circle:
Signifies non-being and eternity To Pythagoras it was the perfect form,
containing all and from which all is created. The circle is the universal symbol
of wholeness and perfection. Life is a circle in it’s changing and it’s always
returns to where it started – just like the seasons.
Infinity:
Represented by two circles placed side by side. Life without end. Life cycles
continues forever. We believe that infinity is just another name for Mother
Nature. Life and its lessons are infinite.
Color Blue: As the color of the sky
and water, blue symbolizes calm reflection, and the intellect. It is also the
infinite and the void from which life develops.
Color Green: The color of life,
Spring, and youth. It represents hope and joy. It is associated with ecology,
the concern with preserving the earth resources.
Color Brown: Symbolizes the mother
earth, from which we all began.
All the elements in Feng Shui are present in the
logo to have a complete balance with elemental harmony; WOOD (green and blue
colors); FIRE (triangles); EARTH (brown, rectangles); METAL (white, round,
infinity sign); WATER (black).
OUR PHILOSOPHY &
AFFIRMATION
I AM A SPIRITUAL BEING, AGELESS AND
ETERNAL. The idea that the older one gets, the more one slows down may be
a widely accepted belief, but I do not accept it. I am a spiritual being
expressing the ageless, eternal life of God. I do not look upon sickness
as something synonymous with accrued age. I erase from my mind every
thought or belief that would age or idle me either physically or mentally.

Mission Statement of
Healing Cove, Inc. as established in it’s charter:
As a non-profit entity Healing
Cove, Inc. aims to improve the overall health and wellness of the community by
providing complementary and alternative healthcare services, resources,
education and outreach to all members of the metro Atlanta and north Georgia
community regardless of their economic status, health insurance coverage or
ability to pay. In order to achieve this overall goal, Healing Cove, Inc. has
implemented the following individual objectives:
Provide complementary and
alternative health care services (including but not limited to naturopathy,
homeopathy, chiropractic, Reiki and massage) to the community on a sliding fee
scale based on income.
Provide the community with
regularly-scheduled free educational lectures and workshops on topics of health
and wellness.
Provide a library of
complementary and alternative healthcare resources for individuals in the
community to use for research and reference.
Provide outreach and free
services and products to community organizations that serve the needy, e.g.,
free stress-relieving massage to women at the family violence shelter and free
multivitamins to soup kitchens.

A WORD ABOUT OUR FEES
In recognition of the source for
all prosperity and the spiritual truth that the abundance of the Divine Mind is
always available to supply the needs of all who honestly seek to fulfill their
spiritual journey by helping all mankind to fulfill their spiritual needs, the
Wellness Doc has held the following business axiom for his working life.
"The magnitude of my
prosperity is in direct proportion to our clients prosperity and it is an
economical fact that their prosperity has to come first. Therefore, anything we
can do to help them achieve their life goals will result in the accomplishment
of my professional goals."
Clients of Cosmos Institute will pay the published fees for
the services on a program bases or an hourly rate of $95 per hour, whichever is
contracted for. There is a $25 consultation fee to determine the specific
program or service most appropriate for the purpose the client's challenge can
best be handled. There is a $25 No Show assessment if client failed to show up
for his/her scheduled appointment without a 24 hour advance notice to reset the
appointment. In most cases an estimated number of visits required to solve the
client's challenge and the estimated fees needed will be available following the
first consultation appointment.
Most hypnotherapy programs have a lifetime guarantee, so be
sure to inquire if your program qualifies. Most client's that reside away from
the Cosmos Institute office's can be handled without a face-to-face appointment.
These types of situations can be arranged by telephone, the internet, with
financial arrangements negotiated prior to the start of the appointment/session
outlined in the consultation. Certain supplies, products, CD's, books, seminars,
etc. will have a suggested donation amount, and these will usually be published
on the website. There are certain Personal Development Programs which require
you to print out and complete a form and send to Cosmos Institute with a
suggested donation. Such programs described on the website and their suggested
fees are as follows:
- Alpha>Omega Odyssey: The pathway to
Self Actualization. $45 donation with completed form sent to Cosmos
Institute.
- Practitioner affiliate application.
$100 application fee.
- NEC Prayer Request. A love
offering to Healing Cove, Inc.
- Request for Private Professional
Consultation. $25 donation.
If the client qualifies as a Healing Cove, Inc client the
client will either pay a percentage of the published fee or for Free. The
percentage each client will pay will be based on the client's gross monthly
household income and the number of people in the household. Unusual
circumstances and financial hardship not reflected in the household income will
be considered on a case-by-case basis. This percentage comes from federal

If you wish to make a tax deductible charitable donation to support our efforts at
Healing Cove, Inc. please feel free to do so. All donations will be lovingly
and gratefully received and will be used to promulgate our educational and
research programs plus providing professional services to those who cannot
afford them. Any donation in excess of $500.00 will receive a
special CD produced just for these special contributors.
